Vivid Tekno Train transformed a Sydney Trains commuter carriage into a moving nightclub as part of Vivid Sydney 2024. Created by acclaimed electronic music artist Paul Mac and produced by Performing Lines, the experience combined pulsating techno music with reactive LED lighting, synchronized to the train’s movement through tunnels and past iconic landmarks.
Lux Imperium (formerly SimpleMotion.Lighting) delivered end-to-end technical integration, including system design, audio-visual engineering, regulatory approvals, custom wireless control networking, and on-site support. Their collaboration with Performing Lines and Sydney Trains was crucial to creating a safe, innovative, and unforgettable experience that sold out across all 23 nights.
