He leads the LIM team with a client-first approach, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds expectations through thoughtful collaboration and innovative solutions.

General Manager – Venue Infrastructure
Jonathan stands as one of Australia’s premier lighting and control systems engineers, with a proven leadership record spanning significant cultural institutions. Having led numerous high-profile projects – including the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall lighting upgrade – Jonathan combines his passion for creative excellence with technical precision to transform artistic visions into stunning realities.

He is instrumental in documentation and the delivery of electrical and lighting installations, with deep expertise in control system design, electrical layout and lighting estimation. Alisha Carpenter
Warehouse Manager & Training Supervisor
Alisha is a skilled lighting technician and rigger with extensive experience in live events and theatrical production. In addition to managing logistics, she leads staff training and development, and teaches live production with TAFE NSW – ensuring a future-ready workforce and high-performance delivery teams.
Steve Hendy
Controls Engineer
Steve assists with the programming of lighting control solutions. His experience in live production helps to deliver high-quality systems.
Michael Clewes
Sales and Service Manager
Michael brings over 8 years of dedicated experience in the AV and Events industry, consistently delivering outstanding client results across diverse roles.
