He leads the LIM team with a client-first approach, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds expectations through thoughtful collaboration and innovative solutions.
Jonathan Boer

Jonathan stands as one of Australia’s premier lighting and control systems engineers, with a proven leadership record spanning significant cultural institutions. Having led numerous high-profile projects – including the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall lighting upgrade – Jonathan combines his passion for creative excellence with technical precision to transform artistic visions into stunning realities.

Chief Financial Officer
As CFO for over 15 years, Elizabeth has been instrumental in securing the financial foundation that enables Real World Group’s consistent growth and success. Her strategic financial oversight ensures project viability and value, while her meticulous attention to detail creates the stability that allows our creative and technical teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes without compromise.
Scott Hart
Electrical and Control Supervisor
Scott leads project planning, scheduling and resource management. With more than a decade of experience in fields from entertainment lighting through to industrial control systems, Scott has extensive expertise in control system design, electrical layout, and lighting estimation. His leadership keeps electrical and lighting installations on track from initial layout through to commissioning.
Steve Hendy
Lighting Controls Engineer
Steve assists with the programming of lighting control solutions. His extensive experience includes architainment projects, stadium shows, cruise ship productions, commercial musicals, and main-stage theatrical productions. Steve also has extensive experience in designing bespoke solutions for theatre productions including particle and atmospheric effects.

Michael brings over 8 years of dedicated experience in the AV and Events industry, consistently delivering outstanding client results across diverse roles.
